Cynthia Zeltwanger

Cynthia Zeltwanger has a 20 year tenure in the financial services industry. During this time, she served in a broad range of leadership positions with increasing responsibilities. From Jan 2008 through May 2009, Ms. Zeltwanger was the Global COO for Newedge Group, the leading listed derivatives company formed by the merger of the Fimat Group and Calyon Financial. As COO of Newedge, her responsibilities included oversight of the Global Operations Group, Global Technology Group, Project Management Office and all regional COO's. She was responsible for overseeing the systems and operational integration and synergy realization of these areas of the merged companies realizing all established targets for 2008 and 2009. Her direct leadership contributed significantly to the cultural integration of the two legacy companies comprising over 3000 employees located in 17 different countries. During this time, Ms. Zeltwanger also served as Interim Global Head of Human Resources with responsibility for development of compensation structures for the new entity and eventual approval by the compensation committee of the board.

Prior to this, in Ms. Zeltwanger held the position CEO of FIMAT USA and Managing Director of the Americas Zone from March 2003. During this period, the Americas zone contributed up to 40% of the NIBT of the Fimat Group.

Ms. Zeltwanger also held positions as General Counsel, General Manger of the Chicago and New York offices, and COO of the Americas for the Fimat Group.
